At the young age of 18, I first started my property journey alongside a friend by purchasing our first property. Our shared excitement was soon met with unexpected challenges, stemming from our limited resources and inexperience. After over a year of struggle my friends dad stepped in and helped us to complete and sell the property, saddly at a loss. This experience deeply resonated with me, teaching me profound lessons about the sheer hard work and unwavering dedication essential in the realm of property renovation.

Over the years, I have gained hands-on experience by renovating my own properties while working as an electrician in the building trade for nearly two decades. Now, equipped with enhanced knowledge from courses and support from New Era, I am ready to make a fresh start. I have completed the 6-week foundation course and enrolled in the 12-month program, confident that I have the necessary tools to succeed this time.
